A Nigerian man has urged other Nigerians to japa (street slang for migration) if they can, saying claims that life abroad is tough are false.
Speaking in Yoruba in a TikTok video, @Ayonge88, advised Nigerians not to pay attention to naysayers, urging them to leave Nigeria by any means possible.
He said it was false that most of those who had been abroad years earlier were only managing life in Western countries.
He taunted them saying despite their claims of “it’s not easy”, some of them had acquired two or more houses in Nigeria since their departure.
He, however, warned against selling properties to relocate.
